How do I set up CheckMet for my team?

Install the CheckMet app on a tablet or mobile phone, create your organization account, and invite employees. Enrollment takes under 30 seconds per person — just a quick facial scan with consent.

What devices are supported?

CheckMet works on any tablet or mobile phone with a front-facing camera. We support iOS and Android. Enterprise customers can also request dedicated check-in terminals.

How do I export attendance data?

Go to Reports in your dashboard, select the date range, and export as CSV or Excel. Professional and Enterprise plans include scheduled automated exports and integration with payroll systems.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes. Professional plans support multi-location management. Enterprise plans add multi-region deployment and centralized admin controls across all sites.

How do I reset an employee's facial data?

Navigate to the employee's profile in the admin dashboard and select "Re-enroll." The previous embedding is deleted and a new facial scan is captured.

What if the camera doesn't recognize an employee?

Ensure good lighting and that the camera lens is clean. If recognition fails consistently, re-enroll the employee. Our AI adapts to gradual appearance changes like new glasses or hairstyles.
